AICE Media Studies

 

 After Filming all of my videos, it was time to put them together, I started by figuring out the order that I wanted to put them in. I had to make sure that they all lined up good and made sense. I then had to cut the videos and time them to make sure it didn't go over 30 seconds. I cut them down until they fit in the time slot while still looking good. I then found music to overlay in the background throughout the commercial. I found the perfect sound that really made the whole mood for the commercial. I then made sure to edit out parts from the original audios that I didn't want in my video. Finally I added titles and slogans to the commercial and it was complete. 

  On Sunday November 1 st , I filmed my blog. I started by collecting most of the YETI products that I own. I brought together 4 32oz tumblers, 3 24oz tumblers, two coozies/cups, and a waterproof duffel bag. I then had to convince my brother and my parents to be my Guinea pigs. I started by capturing a video of all the cups together on my dock as the sun was setting. Then I got my chickens to interact with the cups by putting blueberries on the lids of them. They all went for them and it created a good scene. Then I took one of the bigger tumblers and I put peanut butter on the id and gave it to my dog. He then became the starting scene. I tried many times to get my chickens to stand still on the bag but they kept hoping off of it, so that's when I got my brother. I had him put on the bag and he wouldn't do anything besides walk in a straight line which was very lame of him.   Props: My project is going to about multiple different YETI products such as the coolers, tumblers, and mugs. Other props will include ice, drinks, and sporting gear. Costumes: In my commercial, I will have an actor doing something adventurous while using the product in the activity. The actors will wear types of beach wear and other outdoorsy outfits. They will wear either athletic shoes or sandals depending on what location is being filmed. Schedule: On 10/21/2020, I researched the layout and information on YETIs.                 On 10/23/2020, I established the props, costumes, schedule, location list, and backup plan.   I am doing a YETI cooler commercial. In these commercials, the viewers usually see people out in the outdoors exploring different terrains. -They wear many different outfits depending on what kind of environment it is. Whether it be out on the boat or in the mountains. -Props usually include YETI products, Extreme action sport gear, and boats. -They usually are filmed in very cool places and make great adventure videos. -The tone of the commercials is very adventurous and makes you feel very intrigued.   1.    The products are shown throughout the ads being used in different situations. Instead of going into detail about the product they show the many uses of it and always end up showing how it can bring people together. 2.    They include Ethos, by showing how trustworthy they are by being able to withstand different elements and still stay strong and keep things cold. 3.    The YETIs are usually kept visible throughout the scen...
