Music Video Intro Blog

  I will be working by myself for my Music video. I am working by myself because it is easier for me to complete the project without having to worry about meeting up with other people. It will be easier to bring it all together for me and edit and overall make the video. I also think because of Corona, everyone is restricted on contact and availability. Filming will also be easier because I can direct it all by myself. I also can also use some of my friends and family as actors in the video. This will give me the ability to film multiple scenes with different people and tones. The name of the song I'm choosing is Six Feet Apart by Luke Combs. It is a country song with the story of the difficulties of the pandemic. I chose this genre of music because it is my favorite and I listen to it more than anything else. I also think country music videos are super cool and hopefully I can make a cool one as well. I chose this particular song because I like Luke Combs and the song. Luke Combs is a very talented artist who has produced only amazing songs and I am glad I am doing my video to one of his songs. When I was going through my music on my phone I heard this one and I knew that it was the one that I should do. Six Feet Apart gives a clear storyline and message. I listen to this song all the time and really enjoy it. I think I could make a cool music video out of it with a chill yet emotional vibe. I also chose this song because I feel as if I can look back at it and hopefully when the pandemic is over see how things have gone back to normal. I have all the resources needed to play along the part of the song and I already have a lot of ideas for it.  I am very excited for this project because I love music and listening to it so I hope it will be fun.
